How to Redeem

Select the Properties tab on the navigation bar

Select Free Stay Redemption

Select which unit's points you would like to redeem from and click Book Now

Select the location you would like to book

Enter your arrival and departure dates (highlighted dates are peak dates).

Select from the list of redeemable room types (if the room type you wish to book is not displayed, the redemption quota for that room type may have already been reached)

Enter the number of rooms you wish to book then click Next.

Please enter the name of the guest that will be checking in (either yourself or a guest - the booking will be made and verified at check in using this name)

Double check your booking details, accept the Terms & Conditions and click submit.

Booking Period: Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Guarantee: All bookings must be guaranteed with valid payment or points redemption at the time of reservation. Pending submissions are not a guaranteed reservation until they are confirmed by the reservations team.

Booking Status: Pending (your request has been received), Confirmed (your booking has been confirmed, Unavailable (your request has been denied due to hotel unavailability).

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 3PM, check-out by 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may have extra charges.

Cancellations: Cancel at least 3 days before arrival for a full refund of points or payment. Cancellations within 3 days or no-shows are non-refundable.

Changes: Date changes must be made at least 3 days before arrival and are subject to room availability.

ID: Please present a valid ID at check-in.

Hotel Rights: The hotel may cancel or adjust bookings in case of misuse or fraud.

Valuables: The hotel is not responsible for items left inside the room.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why are we moving to a points-based system?
The points system gives you more flexibility and choice. Instead of being limited to a set number of free nights at your home property, you can now use your points across multiple properties within our network.
2. How were my points calculated?
Your annual free night entitlement (15 or 30 nights, depending on your agreement) has been converted into points based on the average SPA price of your property.
Your pool of points were calculated to give you the exact number of free nights when redeeming your own room type (as per your agreement).
Any nights already redeemed prior to 10 October 2025 have been deducted from your total at the rate of your own room type (regardless of where you booked). All future redemptions will be based on the published rate in the Mana-Mana app.
3. Can I still use my points at my home property?
Yes. You may use your points just as you did with your free nights, or choose to redeem at another participating property. If you specifically wish to redeem your own unit, please reach out to our reservation team for assistance.
4. What about peak dates?
Previously, redemptions were not allowed during peak dates. Under the new system:

Stays during peak dates is now possible but will cost triple the standard points per night.

A restricted quota of rooms will be available for owner redemptions during peak periods. This is to maximise payout for all owners during peak season while still making redemptions possible.
5. Do my points expire?
Yes, points follow the same validity period as your former free nights and must be used within the duration of your management agreement with us.
In cases of termination, your points will be prorated based on your tenure. Please reach out to our Admin team for further details. All balance redemption stays must be completed during your 3-month notice period (subject to availability). No redemption stays will be permitted past the revenue cut-off date.
6. Can I combine points for different unit types for longer stays?
No, points pools are individual based on your unit and cannot be combined from multiple units. However you may choose from which unit's points you wish to redeem from.
A new mechanism will be announced soon for you to use up your balance points.
7. How do I check my balance and make a booking?
